Shipping Policy

Preston Auto Decor aims to get your gear to you as fast as possible so you can hit the road.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Rates: Standard shipping is FREE on all orders. Express shipping is $20. 

  • Delivery Estimates: * Standard: 3–5 business days.

    • Express: 1–2 business days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Damages: If your visors arrive cracked or damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product for a priority replacement. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We want your vehicle to look its best. If your visors aren't the right fit, we’ll make it right.

  • 30-Day Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

  • The "Unpeeled" Rule: To be eligible for a full refund, the 3M adhesive backing must not be peeled off. We cannot accept returns on visors that have been installed or attempted to be installed.

  • Fitment Guarantee: If you ordered the wrong model (e.g., Sedan vs. Hatchback), we offer easy exchanges. Just cover the return shipping, and we’ll send the correct set.

  • Restocking Fee: A small 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection and repackaging.
